General Questions

Ventarus Engineering Services supports manufacturing and industrial businesses with plant maintenance, process improvement, industrial fabrication, welding, repairs and equipment modifications. We help clients maintain existing assets, solve practical engineering problems and make improvements that support safer, more reliable and more efficient operations.

Plant Maintenance

Manufacturing plant maintenance is the work carried out to keep machinery, equipment and production assets safe, reliable and fit for operation. This can include planned preventative maintenance, inspections, mechanical repairs, replacement of damaged components, machine modifications, guarding improvements and reactive support when equipment fails.

Process Improvement

Process improvement engineering involves identifying practical changes that make a manufacturing or operational process safer, quicker, more reliable or easier to carry out. Examples may include improving a workstation layout, fabricating a handling aid, creating a fixture or jig, modifying equipment, improving guarding, reducing awkward access or changing material flow.

Fabrication and Welding

Ventarus provides industrial and bespoke metal fabrication, including frames, brackets, supports, stands, guards, safety enclosures, handrails, platforms, workbenches, trolleys, replacement sections and site-specific modifications. We can work from drawings, measurements, photographs, samples or an on-site assessment.

Quotes, Projects and Site Work

The more detail you can provide, the faster we can assess the job. Helpful information includes a short description of the problem or required outcome, photos or videos of the equipment, drawings or dimensions, material type and thickness, quantity required, site address and access details, installation requirements, your preferred completion date and any safety, permit, induction or shutdown requirements.
